PPDS now offer new Rotary Dryer
Having supplied many second hand refurbished rotary dryers over the last 20 years, in early 2022 PPDS designed and built our first rotary dryer from scratch. The 1200mm dia x 5500mm long heavy-duty unit, operating with a Comtherm PC5 LPG fired package burner, was supplied on a glass cullet drying application.
The dryer was commissioned in May 2022 and following several months trouble free operation the customer ordered a second identical dryer.
Photos show the second dryer, which was built in only 12 weeks, prior to dispatch. We now also have designs for a 1500mm & 1800mm diameter drum.
